Massillon questions
Do I need an appointment at your Massillon shop?
Not for a flat repair, a battery check or a quick look. For tires, brakes or scheduled work, call (330) 809-6356 and we will hold a bay for you.
What areas does the Massillon shop serve?
We see drivers from Massillon, Perry Township, Jackson Township and Navarre, and anywhere else in Stark County that finds it convenient.
Will I get a price before the work starts?
Yes. We call you with the diagnosis and the cost, and nothing happens until you say go. That applies at every one of our six shops.
Can I get tires the same day in Massillon?
Usually. We stock the major brands and move inventory between our six shops daily. If your size is not here, most land the next business day.
